Yes, FleetPulse saves all the data from the checklists completed by your drivers/mechanics , including any defects recorded. You can then download these from the centralised website and save them for your records, making audits much easier.
Files are available to be downloaded in .pdf or .csv format, and contain the following information:
- Completed checklists with date and time completed
- Defects with any notes and photos
- Date and time when defected was reported
- Driver or mechanic Name
- Data and time when defect was marked as resolved
- Fleet Manager or Workshop Manager name
